9K Events & Productions – Refund & Return Policy

At 9K Events & Productions, all merchandise is produced on-demand and fulfilled by our production partner. Because every item is printed specifically for each order, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

However, if there is an issue with the quality of your item, we will make it right.

1. Quality Issues, Manufacturing Errors, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or otherwise incorrect due to a production error, we will gladly provide:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on your preference

You do not need to return the original item.

To request a replacement or refund:

Please email us at support@9kevents.ca within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the problem area

Once verified, we will process the replacement or refund at no cost to you.

2. Customer Errors & Change-of-Mind Purchases

Because all merchandise is made to order:

  • We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, wrong product ordered, or change-of-mind situations.

  • Please double-check sizing guides, colors, and product details before placing your order.

If you would like a replacement in these circumstances, you are welcome to place a new order at your own expense.

3. Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
If the carrier confirms it is lost, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Event Tickets

All ticket sales for 9K Events & Productions events are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
If an event is cancelled, refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method.
